Jr. Hawks programs
The mission of this high-performance program is to provide an experience that focuses on the physical, mental and emotional development of the athlete. It's not about how many games we are going to win, but how the players can help each other to become the best players possible.
Our Facility
The North American Junior Hawks proudly call the Canton Ice House in Canton, Massachusetts, home. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a top-tier environment for our U10, U12, and U14 teams to train and compete. Featuring premium ice surfaces, ample seating for fans, and modern amenities, the Canton Ice House ensures our athletes and community enjoy an unparalleled hockey experience. This venue is more than just a rink—it's where skills are honed, friendships are forged, and the Junior Hawks' legacy takes flight.
Our coaches
The North American Junior Hawks are led by an extraordinary team of experienced and passionate coaches. From former professional players and NCAA standouts to national champions, our all-female coaching staff brings unparalleled expertise to the ice. Beyond hockey skills, they mentor our athletes in mental toughness, leadership, and personal growth. Their dedication ensures every Junior Hawk develops not only as a player but as a confident, well-rounded individual ready to soar.
The Sisterhawk Mentorship Program
Led by Director Toni Miano and Mental Skills Coach Amanda Donahoe, the Sisterhawk Mentorship program serves as an opportunity for our Junior Hawk players to be mentored by our sister program players at NAHA. Each player in the program is partnered with a NAHA player for the entire season. Throughout the season, the mentor and mentee will attend each other’s games, exchange letters (penpal style), and participate in team bonding activities to help build their relationship. The goal of this program is to help grow the game of girls hockey, inspire the next generation and build our community.
