Josie practically grew up in the rink. With her brother and dad both playing hockey, and her dad coaching her throughout youth hockey, the ice was a second home from day one. That passion carried her through South Windsor High School and the CT Northern Lights, and has stayed with her ever since.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Hartford. Josie now serves as the Director of Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement bringing energy and vision to how the organization connects with its players, families, and community.

Alongside her front-office work, she has stayed close to the ice by coaching the U10 South Windsor Knights and the U14 Girls Junior Hartford Wolfpack, giving her hands-on experience developing young players both technically and personally. Josie is thrilled to be part of the North American Jr. Hawks program, and looks to bring that same dedication to the Jr. Hawks, helping grow the game and support our players as they strive to reach their personal and team goals both on and off the ice.
