Ashley Scire brings over 15 years of experience in hockey and collegiate athletics, with expertise in coaching, athletic administration, recruiting, operations, and player development.

Her coaching background includes roles as an Assistant Coach at Princeton University Women’s Ice Hockey, Head Coach at Plymouth State University, and Head Girls’ Hockey Coach at Brooks School, along with experience at Williams College. She has also served in athletic leadership as an Associate Athletic Director at Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Senior Woman Administrator.

Ashley currently serves as the Director of Sports & Recreation for the Colleges of the Fenway, Director of Operations for the Junior Women’s Hockey League (JWHL), and Co-Director of the RinkSport NCAA Prep Camp. She is also the founder of Precision Hockey Advising, supporting female athletes and families through development and the college recruiting process.

A former Division I player at Union College (Class of 2008), Ashley’s coaching philosophy centers on player development, compete level, accountability, and teamwork, within a positive environment that fosters both growth and a love for the game.
