Katie Sheahan comes to the Junior Hawks with over 10 years of playing experience and 2 years of coaching experience. She is currently a goalie on the North American Hockey Academy (NAHA) U19 White Team. Prior to playing at NAHA, Katie played at the AAA level for 6 years.  Katie started goalie coaching in her hometown in Illinois to help develop younger goalies to help them play at their best level. Katie works with all of our Junior Hawks goalies on a weekly basis. She provides video coaching, as well as goalie specific drills during practices to prepare our goalies for game situations.
